Lazy Beach Day!

At the resort, we had a private transportation down to their private beach! At this point we had not seen a single monkey yet and we were pretty bummed!!! The rain forest comes all the way down to the beach!!! So we surely saw some!!!

The sun comes up at 5:30ish and by 5:30 pm it is PITCH BLACK! Reminded us of January!!!! So needless to say, we were up when the sun came up! (sort of! 7 by the latest!!)

The 8 o'clock sun is the equivalent to the 2pm sun here in NY!!! HOT! HOT! HOT!!

We called the private transportation and headed down for a full day of fun in the sun!!!


Andrew and I knew that we had to do a honeymoon that had adventure involved because we are too much of an active couple and would (and did eventually) get bored on a beach day after day.

On our first day, Andrew didn't sit down next to me until about 3 or 4 hours after getting there. This might be why...

All of his inspiration came from the new little friends we met on the beach!!
